Terms of Service

We are rewriting this to describe how we actually work: an engineer operating inside your own systems and accounts, on data that never leaves them. The previous version described a chat product we no longer run, so publishing it here would be misleading rather than merely out of date.

In the meantime, ask us directly and we will answer in writing - email hello@winnit.ai. Anything we agree about data handling goes into the engagement letter, which is the document that actually binds us.
